Red Rock Root Beer Float

Ingredients
Cake:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 cup Red Rock Premium Root Beer

1 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled

1/2 cup packed light brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract
Root Beer Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar

2-3 tbsp Red Rock Premium Root Beer
Whipped Cream Topping:

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prep

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease and flour a 9 inch baking pan.
2. Cake Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, mix the Red Rock Premium Root Beer, granulated sugar, melted butter, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
3. Bake the Cake

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
